OEA Faculty Development Series: The Color of Normal: Racism is a System, Not an Event On Feb. 16, the Office of Educational Affairs at the UF College of Medicine – Jacksonville hosted “The Color of Normal: Racism is a System, Not an Event” in conjunction with Black History Month.
